Meet the Maker

I’m Bryony, the face behind Bryers Designs. The name comes from a nickname growing up, Bryers. I have lived in Cornwall all my life, a grand 30 years! And I wouldn’t have it any other way, nothing can beat being by the sea.

As some may know, this is my side hustle. My day job is a quantity surveyor, completely different but I equally enjoy.

I first started experimenting with polymer clay in the first lockdown and haven't looked back since. I started making on my living room floor and now have a home studio by the coast in Cornwall.

My designs are a creative outlet inspired by all sorts predominately patterns and bright colours. I am a magpie for patterns, especially polka dot! Making gives me so much joy and I love sharing this with my joyful jewellery and homewares. I’m just so grateful that you guys like what I make and allow me to continue this adventure.

When I’m not working in the construction industry, making or at events. I will be with Scamp my rescue pup and partner enjoying the beautiful Cornish coast.
