Refund Policy

For hygienic reasons we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
However if the earrings arrive damaged or there is an issues please drop me an email straight away.
We accept returns or exchanges for homeware items within 14 working days from the date of postage. Please make sure that the item is in all of the original packaging. The order will be refunded in full including the postage once it has been checked over. We are not responsible to pay for the postage return.
